• Products are crafted in small batches and colour, size, scent etc can vary per batch. We do not guarantee that your product will look exactly like the one pictured as each product is hand made.

• Payment and Refund Policy: We accept all major credit cards. We don’t accept PayPal or cash app payments, cash or money orders. Due to the nature of oils, personal care products, herbs and sprays, and the potential contamination after opening, the sales of these items are marked as final. All sales are generally final, but can be reviewed on a case by case basis. 
• Shipping: We ship to all US territories and HI, AK, GU, PR, APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
• Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all orders, including domestic and international shipments. Packages marked as delivered will not be refunded if lost by the freight forwarder.
